At GulfFinds, we act as a commission-based service provider, connecting customers with trusted product suppliers. We offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) service while ensuring compliance with Islamic business ethics.

1. Our Role as Commission Agents
GulfFinds is not the direct seller or owner of the products.
We work as a commission agent (Wakil) between the buyer and the original supplier.
We facilitate product listing, order processing, and delivery, and we earn a service commission for this.
2. Payment Upon Delivery
Customers pay in cash at the time of delivery.
They may inspect the product before making payment.
3. Product Transparency
Product descriptions, pricing, and quantities are clearly provided by the original sellers.
We aim to eliminate any form of ambiguity or misrepresentation.
4. Right to Refuse (Khiyar)
If the product is defective or not as described, the customer has the right to refuse the delivery.
Return is only valid if:
The item remains in its original condition; and
The return is made at the time of delivery.
5. Delivery Fee on Rejection
If a customer refuses the parcel without valid reason (e.g., change of mind, unavailability), a delivery cost of 30 SAR will be charged.
This fee is to cover logistics costs, not a penalty.
6. No Interest or Unlawful Terms
GulfFinds does not charge any interest or apply any non-Shari‘ah compliant conditions.
All processes are based on fairness, transparency, and Islamic principles.
7. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout.
These only cover actual shipping costs.
